Some geologists have indicated the sand may originate from a geologic fissure where they find precious metals such as gold, platinum, and sometimes even diamonds. Ice caves possible. Mineral rights go with the Property as well.

I've been a Land and Ranch Owner, Partner and Natural Resource Consultant. I am 71 years old, retired and working as a volunteer, as a Self Reliance Specialist. I am fluent speaking, reading, and writing Spanish. I also love my native language English
As a youth, I grew up and learned much on a cattle and timber ranch from my Dad, in North Central Washington State near the Canadian Border. I have also worked with the US Forest Service & other Agencies
in my early adult life.
I have a long career as a Consultant advising clients on land and natural resource values and real estate purchases and sale options. I have also purchased and sold numerous properties as investments and helped others do the same.
I have enjoyed working with many people and listening to partners, clients, and others in business, church assignments and family.
I am a passionate family man with Wife of 48 years. Together we have raised 5 children and truly enjoy our 28 grandchildren & more greatgrandchildren !
I enjoy creating practical & useful things and willing to work hard to accomplish realistic tasks. I love the now, but always enjoy looking forward and planning for the future.
